In The Lost Library level, there is a puzzle where you have to 'provoke each serpent' (Remember?) I want to make a similar thing in my level. How does it go? I've checked the original library.prj and it still confuses me.

ok this is a little tricky you need to know a lot about triggers, you place the number of serpents..lets say 3, next you place the lever switch on each one. how click the switch for one and set the trigger to switch and trigger it on the sqaure next to the lever, do the same for the other levers. no say you want it to open a door what you do is set a regular trigger for the door ontop of each of the lever triggers, next select lever trigger of the first snake and click open the trigger menu, in the menu have only the 1 selected, in the next serpant only the 2 and in the last only the 3,4,5. now when you pull all the levers the door will open, if you wnat fire put a flame emitter by the snakes mouth and trigger it as normak, hope this helps, if you need anymore help e-mail me at Nigel@nycap.rr.com

Thanks, Nigel. But all I want to know is, how to make the door opens only when all the fires are lit?

Use the same method with the triggers for the flames as you would the levers above.

So, are you saying that I should get the flames to trigger a heavy trigger of the door?

you could do it the same way like i explained and have the flame triggers not go off untill all the levers are pulled then it would seem like you pull all the levers then the fire goes and the door opens.

Thanx, Reb, but I want the part where you have to try to get all the flames to lit, just like in the Lost Library Level. Do you know how it originally works?

so you want to have to pull a certain lever first then another then another? well in in the OCB for lever(or whatever you want to have trigger the door)put a 1 in the menu and click on a 1, then do a 2 for the other and sor forth, im pretty sure that this will work, also set these to correspond w/ the trigger numbers so the OCB1 will go with the lever 1 in the trigger menu..follow me? cause im pretty sure that this is how it works and i right Reb?

Thanx, Nigel, but if you want to press switches in order, you need to use the trigger triggerers. For example: the first switch activates the trigger trigerrer for the second switch and the second switch activates the trigger triggerrer, and so on. But if you check the Lost Library level (the original one in the game) you can open the door in any order of the switch.
